Free trial
We offer a free trial period. You are encouraged to use it to evaluate the product before committing to a paid subscription.
Monthly plans
Payments made for monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, and your access continues through the end of the current billing cycle.
Annual plans
You may request a refund within 30 days of the initial purchase of an annual plan if you are not satisfied. After this period, no refunds will be issued.
One-time purchases
For one-time purchases of services, add-ons or credits, payments are non-refundable once the service has been delivered or activated.
Requesting a refund
Email your request to the address below and include:
- your registered email ID or phone number;
- the transaction or invoice ID; and
- the reason for the refund.
Processing time
Refunds, if approved, are processed within 7–14 business days and credited to your original payment method.
